Return Policy
1.Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges only for products in their original, sellable condition, including packaging and tags. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts are not eligible for exchange.
2.Exchange Window
Products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Requests for exchanges beyond this period will not be accepted.
3.In-Store Exchange Requirement
All exchanges must be completed in person at our store. Customers are required to visit our store location to process any exchange. We currently do not offer online or postal exchanges.
4.No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any purchase. Exchanges are the only option available if you wish to return a product.
5.Store Credit
For exchanges that do not involve an immediate replacement, we provide store credits or a promotional code that can be used toward future purchases. This credit will be issued once your exchange request is processed in-store.
6.Exceptions
Items sold during special promotions or on clearance may not be eligible for exchange, unless noted otherwise.
