Exclusive Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD) To ensure a seamless and secure experience for our local community, we operate exclusively on a Cash on Delivery basis. We do not accept online payments at checkout. Payment must be settled in full at the time of delivery. Our delivery agents are equipped to accept both Physical Cash and UPI Transfers (via QR Scan) upon arrival. 2. Order Confirmation Once your selection is finalized and the checkout process is complete, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Your order is then placed into our fulfillment queue; no further confirmation action is required from your side. 3. Order Modifications & Cancellations We understand that preferences may change. You may modify or cancel your order within a 4-hour window of placement. After 4 hours, your order enters our dispatch phase and can no longer be altered. To request a change, please contact us immediately via the mobile number provided in your confirmation email. 4. Shipping & Regional Restrictions We currently provide specialized delivery services within a 20 km radius of Imphal only. Delivery Timeline: Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. Out-of-Zone Orders: Any orders placed with a delivery address outside of our 20 km operating radius will be automatically cancelled. As no online payments are taken, no refunds will be necessary. 5. Returns & Boutique Exchanges We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sellable condition. To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team via the mobile number found in your order details. 6. Damaged or Defective Items Quality is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately upon delivery or via our contact number. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or exchange for all eligible claims. 7. Pricing & Transparency All prices displayed on the Maison platform are inclusive of applicable taxes. The total amount shown at your final checkout screen is the exact amount to be paid to the delivery agent. There are no hidden fees or surcharges. 8. Customer Responsibility For a successful delivery, please ensure that a recipient is available at the provided address and that the total payment (Cash or UPI) is ready. Our agents reserve the right to withhold the package if payment is not completed at the time of arrival.
